• Actively identify and contact the target clients.
• Update database in the company’s system.
• Entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of company information.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date and usable information in the Company’s systems.
• Compile and sort information to prepare data for computer entry.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities and check output.
• Liaise and communicate with clients.
• Manage calls, follow-ups, and emails to and from clients.
• Help client to provide information and guidelines.
• Creating or updating clients profile records.
• Assist to drive marketing activities such as online media, event
  collateral and adherence to branding guideline.

• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer Literacy in Basic Microsoft Office Skills – Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Able to adapt to a new environment, including learning new processes and systems.
• Must have own laptop.
• Able to commit minimum of 3 months full time, 6 months commitment is preferred.
